Welcome to the World Sawyer Chaz!

The day finally arrived, February 18, 2010, my sweet baby boy, SAWYER CHAZ, arrived! He is gorgeous, and I couldn't be happier. He weight a whopping 8 pounds 5.6 ounces and was 21 inches long, which was a fairly big baby for me. Kaylie was only 6-14 and Lucas was an even 7....so Sawyer hit the limit for me! I am pretty sure my due date was off, but I would have only delivered Monday instead of Thursday so he would have been a big baby no matter what.

My c-section went pretty good. I did have trouble myself with nausea, but that was taken care of. When I was having my IV put in me I actually almost passed out because it was so painful, oh and 3 attempts were made and the 3rd was with another nurse (obviously a better one) who was able to do it quickly. I did cry however because the first 2 attempts were very painful. I received an Epidural this time instead of a Spinal and it was a really different experience, but one I'm glad I chose. The epidural was done before we arrived in the operating room and I really liked that. I also liked that the epidural stays in and I was able to receive medicine through it after my surgery.

So today we are getting to go home. I can't wait to see my 3 other kids and to hang out with them and Baby Sawyer together. I am really missing my kids so I was glad that the OB doctor and the Pediatrician said I could go home today.....I want to also spend as much time with my mom and brother, Jason, while they are in town.

My baby girl is 4!

What a month this is going to be for our family! We have been going non stop since November and things just aren't slowing down. Our sweet Kaylie turned 4 years old yesterday and she had a great birthday with our little family. She gets to have a fun party on Saturday with our friends and family and she is really excited about that. She kept asking to have a party at the park, good things that's what I was planning on doing :)

I also just realized because we left on vacation I never posted about Kendra's birthday. Our big girl turned 10 years old on December 12th and her day was made even more special by being baptized by her Daddy that day. It was an amazing day that we had been waiting for, 2 years later it happened thanks to our amazing Bishop!

Two weeks from today I will be holding my new sweet baby boy! I can't believe it is almost here. I feel like this has been a fairly quick pregnancy, but it has been a painful and unpleasant one also. I'm just looking forward to getting past the delivery and having all my babies in my arms at once.
